Terms and conditions
These are the terms for staying at Carba's Home in Moalboal, Cebu. By booking, you agree to them and to the House Rules, which form part of these terms.

Daily rental only
The house is rented by the day. We do not offer monthly or long-term stays.
Booking
Message us with your dates and group size 1 to 3 days before your stay. We confirm availability and hold the dates for you. There is no advance payment, no online payment and no reservation fee.
Payment
You pay in cash at the house when you arrive, after you have seen the house and agreed to stay. Because nothing is paid in advance, there is no cancellation or refund policy. If your plans change, please message us as early as you can so the dates can go to someone else.
Check-in, check-out and deposit
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. A ₱1,500 cash security deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out if there is no damage, nothing is missing, and the House Rules were followed.
Guests
The house takes up to 12 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Any guest beyond the registered headcount incurs a penalty charge based on the rental rate for that booking. The host may refuse entry or end a stay without refund for serious violations of these terms or the House Rules.
Damages
Guests are responsible for damage to or loss of house property caused during their stay, and should report any issue to the host right away.
Pets
Pets are welcome under the pet rules in the House Rules.
Weather and events beyond our control
If a typhoon, road closure or a similar event beyond either side's control stops the stay from happening, either side may call it off without charge. We will help you find new dates if you want them.
Liability
Please use the house and its facilities with reasonable care. The host is not liable for guests' personal belongings or for injuries caused by misuse of the property or its equipment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
