The whole house, priced by group size
Every booking gets all of it: both aircon bedrooms, the kitchen, the koi pond and the karaoke. The rate depends only on how many of you stay and which night, up to 10 guests.
Weekdays
Sunday to Thursday nights

a night for 1 to 2 guests
₱550 for each extra guest, up to 10
Weekends
Friday and Saturday nights
₱3,630
a night for 1 to 2 guests
₱605 for each extra guest, up to 10
By group size
Your total per night
- Rates are per night: check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM the next day.
- Early check-in is available for an additional ₱200, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange early check-in.
- A ₱1,000 cash security deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out.
- Any guest beyond the registered headcount incurs a penalty charge, as the House Rules explain.

Two ways to book
We recommend Airbnb. Your payment goes through Airbnb, your booking is confirmed in writing, and Airbnb support is there if you need it. You can also message us and pay in cash when you arrive.

The same house, listed on Airbnb. Airbnb shows your full total, including any Airbnb fees, before you pay.

Airbnb takes the payment and sends you the booking confirmation.

A family member meets you at the house, hands over the keys and shows you around.

Message us 1 to 3 days before your stay. There is no advance payment and no reservation fee.
