No. Carba's Home is for daily rental only. We do not offer monthly or long-term stays.
The whole house is ₱3,300 a night for 1 to 2 guests on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday nights), plus ₱550 for each extra guest. On Friday and Saturday nights it is ₱3,630 for 1 to 2 guests, plus ₱605 for each extra guest. That is very affordable for a private house in Moalboal. Our Rates page lists the total for every group size.
