Hi, I'm Mark, though most people around here call me Makier. I work as a web developer, and I built this house as my own place to slow down. That's why it feels calm and unfussy.
It sits under a big talisay tree in a quiet corner of Moalboal, just a few minutes from Panagsama Beach. I opened it up to guests who want the same thing I do: a comfortable home base after a day at the beach or out on the reef.
My relative lives nearby and personally hands over the keys, then helps with anything you need for the rest of your stay. Treat the house like your own. You're always welcome here.

Send your dates and group size on Messenger, Viber or WhatsApp, or use the inquiry form. Book 1 to 3 days ahead.

We confirm
I reply within the day with the rate and to confirm the dates. It is very affordable for a whole house, lower than most rentals here. No advance payment, no reservation fee.

Arrive and settle in
My relative meets you at the house, hands over the keys and shows you around. You pay in cash on arrival.
