House rules
A few simple rules so everyone rests well
Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy your stay and treat the house as you would your own.

Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Please check out on time so we can prepare the house for the next guests.

₱1,500 security deposit
- A ₱1,500 cash security deposit is required upon check-in.
- The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations.

Guests
- Maximum capacity: 12 guests.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Please inform the host before bringing additional visitors.
- Any guest staying beyond the registered headcount will incur a penalty charge. The amount depends on the rental rate for that booking.

No smoking indoors
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
- Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas.

Parties and noise
- No loud parties or disruptive activities.
- Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings.

Karaoke
- Karaoke is allowed until 10:00 PM only.
- Please keep the volume at a reasonable level.

Kitchen
- Cooking is allowed.
- Please clean dishes, cookware, and the kitchen after use.
- Do not leave food or garbage exposed.

Cleanliness
- Please keep the house clean and tidy.
- Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Please do not move furniture unnecessarily.

Strictly no house items outside
- Please do not take or use any items belonging to the house outside the property, including at the beach, swimming areas, or other places.
- This includes towels, blankets, pillows, utensils, cookware, appliances, decorations, and other house items.

Pets
- Pets are welcome.
- Please keep pets supervised and clean up after them.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas unless properly covered.

WiFi, Netflix and entertainment
- WiFi, Netflix, and entertainment facilities are provided for guests' use.
- Please use all equipment responsibly.

Koi fish area
- Guests may enjoy feeding and viewing the koi fish.
- Please feed the fish only with the provided fish food.
- Do not touch or disturb the fish.

Outdoor CCTV
- Outdoor security cameras are installed for security purposes only.
- Cameras monitor exterior areas such as entrances and outdoor surroundings.
- There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas.

Property and damages
- Please take care of all furniture, appliances, and other property.
- Guests may be responsible for damage or missing items caused during their stay.
- Please report any damage or issues to the host immediately.
